Add, edit, and organize your payment methods

Managing Payment Sources

Keep your payment sources organized and up to date.

Viewing Your Sources

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Payment Sources
  3. See all your configured sources

Adding a Source

  1. Tap Add Source or the plus button
  2. Enter the source name
  3. Select the currency
  4. Tap Save

Editing a Source

  1. Tap on an existing source
  2. Modify the name or currency
  3. Tap Save

Deleting a Source

  1. Swipe left on the source, or tap to open
  2. Tap Delete
  3. Confirm the deletion

Note: Existing expenses keep their original source name even if deleted.

Setting Default Source

Your default source is pre-selected when adding expenses:

  1. Open a source
  2. Toggle Set as Default
  3. Or look for a default indicator

Best Practices

  • Name clearly — "Chase Sapphire" is better than "Credit Card"
  • Set correct currency — Matches your card's billing currency
  • Review periodically — Remove closed accounts
  • One source per account — Don't duplicate
