eqva money is a smart expense tracking app that lets you log expenses by simply speaking. Say something like 'I spent 50 dollars on lunch' and we'll automatically record it with the right amount, category, and description. It's designed to make tracking your spending as effortless as possible.

Download eqva money from the App Store or Google Play, create an account (or sign in with Google), and you're ready to go! Tap the microphone button on the home screen and speak your first expense. The app will guide you through setting up your accounts and categories.

Yes! Every new user gets a 7-day free trial of all premium features. No credit card required. After the trial, you can continue using basic features for free, or upgrade to Pro or Accountant plans to unlock everything.

eqva money is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. With the Accountant plan's multi-device sync feature, you can access your expenses across all your devices seamlessly.

Simply tap the microphone and speak naturally. Say something like 'Spent 25 on groceries at Walmart' or 'Paid 150 for electricity bill'. Our AI understands natural language and automatically extracts the amount, category, and description. You can review and edit before saving.

Currently, eqva money supports English for voice input. We're working on adding support for more languages. You can always type expenses manually in any language.

Our voice recognition is highly accurate for expense-related phrases. It understands various ways of expressing amounts ('fifty dollars', '$50', 'fifty bucks') and common expense categories. If something isn't quite right, you can easily edit before saving.

Yes, voice processing requires an internet connection. Your audio is sent to our AI partner (Groq) for transcription, then the text is processed to extract expense details. The audio is not stored - only the extracted expense data is saved to your device.

No. According to Groq's privacy policy, your audio and transcriptions are not used to train AI models. Your voice is processed to extract expense information, then discarded. We never store voice recordings.

By default, all your data is stored locally on your device - we can't see it, and it never leaves your phone. If you enable Cloud Sync, your data is encrypted before being uploaded, so even in the cloud, no one can read your actual expenses.

Cloud Backup is available for Pro and Accountant plan users. It securely backs up your data so you don't lose it if you switch phones or lose your device. Pro and Accountant plans also include multi-device sync to access your expenses across all your devices. Cloud Backup is optional and OFF by default - you can enable it in settings.

Yes! When Cloud Sync is enabled, your data is encrypted on your device before being uploaded. This means even if someone accessed our servers, they'd only see encrypted data - not your actual expenses. Your encryption key stays on your device.

Absolutely not. We will never sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. Your financial information is yours alone. We make money from subscriptions, not from selling your data.

You have full control: (1) Delete the app to remove all local data, (2) Use the in-app option to clear all data, or (3) Email us at privacy@eqva.money to delete cloud data if you've used Cloud Sync. We'll process deletion requests within 30 days.

Only basic profile information: your name, email address, and profile picture. We don't have access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or any other Google services. We just use Google for convenient authentication.

Free includes 7 voice entries per month, unlimited written entries, 160+ currencies, advanced analytics, and local data storage. Pro ($29/year) adds unlimited voice entries, CSV export, cloud backup, multi-device sync, and priority support. Accountant ($49/year) includes everything in Pro plus automatic currency conversion.

The free version is quite generous! You get 7 voice entries per month, unlimited written entries, tracking in 160+ currencies, unlimited accounts, category customization, and advanced analytics. Your data stays private on your device. It's perfect for most users.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings, find eqva money, and cancel there. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Since payments are processed by Apple or Google, refund requests go through them. If you're not satisfied, contact App Store or Google Play support within their refund window. You can also email us at support@eqva.money and we'll try to help.

With the Accountant plan, expenses logged in foreign currencies are automatically converted to your home currency using current exchange rates. Perfect for travelers who want to see their total spending in one currency without manual calculations.

Yes! While we provide 25+ preset categories (Groceries, Dining, Transportation, etc.), Pro and Accountant users can create unlimited custom categories to match exactly how they think about their spending.

Yes! Pro and Accountant users can export their data as CSV files, which work great with spreadsheet apps like Excel or Google Sheets. Perfect for taxes, budgeting reviews, or keeping records outside the app.

Yes! You can add unlimited accounts (credit cards, debit cards, cash, bank accounts, digital wallets, etc.) and assign expenses to each. This helps you see exactly where your money is going from each source.

All users (including Free) get access to beautiful charts showing spending by category, trends over time, and breakdowns by account. See exactly where your money goes with pie charts, bar graphs, and more. Analytics help you understand your spending habits at a glance.

First, check that: (1) You've granted microphone permission to the app, (2) You have an internet connection, (3) Your device's microphone works in other apps. Try restarting the app. If issues persist, email support@eqva.money with your device model and OS version.

Yes! Tap on any expense to edit it, including the category. Over time, the app learns from your corrections and gets better at categorizing similar expenses automatically.

Make sure: (1) Cloud Sync is enabled on all devices, (2) You're signed into the same account, (3) You have an internet connection. Try pulling down to refresh. If issues persist, sign out and back in. Still stuck? Email support@eqva.money.

Go to Settings in the app and tap 'Restore Purchases'. This will check with the App Store/Google Play and restore any active subscriptions. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase.
