Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to delete your eqva money account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the app in just a few steps.
Open eqva money
Launch the eqva money app on your device.
Go to Settings
Tap on the Settings tab from the bottom navigation bar.
Select Delete Account
Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account" under the account section.
Confirm Deletion
Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account and all data.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile and account information
- All recorded expenses and transactions
- Categories and custom settings
- Subscription and billing data
- Any synced data on our servers
Important
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Make sure to export any data you want to keep before deleting.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Your Privacy
eqva money stores your data locally on your device by default. Deleting the app or your account removes your data completely. We never sell your personal information.
